Pilots in Dubai lined up on the runway and started their jet engines with an ear-splitting roar. But they weren’t preparing to fly an aeroplane – they were the aircraft.
Dubai, a city in the United Arab Emirates, recently hosted its first jet suit race. Racers wore jet engines on their hands and backs that were more powerful than most luxury cars. They could reach speeds of 128km/h!
